The view from the balcony was gorgeous!!
The ice maker
never worked during our stay. The beach umbrella was broken so we bought a brand new one, we left for future renters!

The condo was on top floor, awesome view of the ocean. Beautiful beach and not crowded in front of the condo. We absolutely loved the decor, the beds were so comfortable too. Living room has updated furniture...a leather couch and two reclining chairs...both very comfortable. The. Condo offers so much from a ton of kitchen accessories, drinkware, dishes etc (I do recommend adding a few kid size plastic bowls, the plastic plates were a winner). They also have games, books and also beach/pool toys in the cabana, for you to use. We didn't use any of that, being we had our own, but it's nice that they have it. Rent this condo, you will not be disappointed!!
Bath/shower in the main bathroom, needs new hardware... shower handle (it makes a lot of noise turning it on, not sure if something is loose or what) and drain stopper (it doesn't fit to stop the water, makes it hard with bathing children). The beach path needs widened some and briar bushes removed from the path! You don't see them, but they sneak up on you! My toddler got a splinter from them, so did I.
I do think it should be in the info, that you will get the check in instructions and key access, on the day of your check in. We got nervous not getting anything, when I was going to contact them, it came through, that morning.
Front loader washer/dryer not meant for the unit bc the washer door should remain open after use, it can't be, being stacked in the closet. Therefore the inside of the washer had mildew all around it. I recommend a regular stackable washer/dryer, to prevent this issue. The washer door was broke, from the closet door, making it not work well.
