Accommodations: 3-4 Bedrooms, 2.5-3.5 baths, Sleeps up to 14 in home (3 more seasonally in Pool House bedroom. Pool House full bath & bedroom are available when pool is open May 1 - October 15.
The perfect, upscale, personal, country retreat. The home, hot tub and heated, in-ground pool are situated on 25 private acres on one of the highest elevations in Missouri. POOL IS HEATED & OPEN FROM MAY 1 - OCTOBER 15 EACH YEAR! The pool house includes a full bath, bedroom which sleeps 3, outdoor kitchen & gas grill, outdoor living room with gas fireplace, 75" 4K UHD Smart TV & wi-fi. You will enter Big Oak Lodge through an electronic security gate and follow a private lane which leads to the home. The property is located in a quiet area where you can truly unwind and enjoy a peaceful retreat from everyday life. There is also a 5 acre lake on the property for your use. You will find this to be a perfect getaway whether you are looking to spend quality time with your family, a romantic getaway for two or an escape for you and your closest friends.
MAIN LEVEL FEATURES: As you walk through the front door, the first thing that will capture your attention is the view of the lake and the horizon. The living room's 16 foot wall of glass allows you to take in all the views. The living room and kitchen is open, perfect for food, fun and fellowship. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots/pans, eating utensils, tile floors, large center island with a dining bar. The dining area seats six. Enjoy your meals while looking at the lake and the 15 mile view of the rolling hills.
ADDITIONAL MAIN LEVEL FEATURES: Sliding glass doors from kitchen, living room and master bedroom lead to the wrap-around deck.
OUTSIDE: Enjoy a walk by the private Lake, sit in the Gazebo, enjoy the manicured grounds, swim in the heated, in-ground pool or just kick-back and relax in the hot tub.
NEAR BY: The Gasconade river is about 5 minutes away, the Osage River is 20 minutes away, Fugitive Beach Waterpark is 45 minutes away, and the Lake of the Ozarks is an hour away.
The Herman Winery is located 30 minutes away, Westphalia Winery 20 minutes away and Wenwood Farm Winery 15 minutes away. This is the ultimate getaway for rest and relaxation! Our family loves the pool, pool house, and the beautiful scenery. The outdoor space is amazing and we ate most of our family meals outdoors. Outside grilling area is wonderful and be sure and take the boat out on the pond. Smart TV's in all the rooms and plenty of seating for everyone to curl up and watch a movie. Easy check in and checkout and very responsive to any questions asked. Fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Great host and house and can't wait to be back next year!

Randy and his family take very good care of this property. It has everything anyone would want to escape the busyness of life. We enjoyed fishing on the lake, swimming in the heated pool, sliding down the water slide, and staring at the stars from the hot tub. We barbecued outdoors, watched football on the big screen, and had a competitive game of bags. Everyone had a great time.
