About this house rental
Welcome to Willow Autumn House. This is a spacious 2 story 5 bedrooms home that sleep up to 18. We also have 3 full bathrooms. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac street but still it is just a little over half a mile to all of the city’s attractions on 4th street and about a mile from 1st street. Willow Autumn House is a great place for groups. It is newly remodeled, cozy and it has multiple common rooms for you and your family or friends. You will also find beautiful outdoor options as well. If you would like to hear the birds in the morning while sipping on your coffee, there is a nice screened in porch that is great for this. There are also 2 outdoor fire pit areas, one upstairs on the deck and one downstairs in the backyard. If you are taking the trolley, the pickup is directly next to the house. Come relax and get away in this beautiful guest home!
* There are 5 queen beds, 2 futon beds ( comfortable with mattress topper) , 1 Murphy bed and if you have a larger group that you require the sofas in the living room, we can leave out bedding for them as well.
Check in and out times are super flexible- if we don't have back to back bookings. 95 percent of the time we can say yes to early checking and noon checkout.

Our group was there for a leadership retreat. The setup of the house takes advantage of every space wonderfully. We were able to find great places to eat minutes away. Great relaxing environment to brainstorm and have team building. 10/10 would recommend this location for big or small groups! The host was wonderful and had excellent communication!

Easily accommodating for large groups. Very clean, beds awesome and trolley will pick you up at house. Very quiet and safe area.

The venue was clean and the host very easy to work with. You could walk about .5 miles to town. There was a Casey’s just steps away. The Hermann Trolley picked us up at our doorstep (we had 8 people). We felt safe walking home after dinner that evening. A few people took an uber so that’s also an options.
