About this house rental
Beautiful beach condo located directly across the street of Carolina Beach. Experience higher privacy with a top floor unit to allowed you to feel the ocean breeze and view the wonderful blue ocean. The condo includes a big loft to added more living spaces for our guests. Tropical island decorations inside the entire house. Two community pools that can be utilized by Sun Skipper owners and guests.
Our beach condo is located in the most quite end of the pleasure island but yet with a quick bike ride or golf cart cruising you can be at the restaurants, island activities and everything the Carolina Beach can offer.
Our house is fully furnished and equipped for short term or long term vacation. We are the highest and biggest unit the building so you can enjoy your stay without worrying about flood or water wave. It’s just like sweet home away from home with the beautiful blue ocean.
Guest can have access to the entire house. There is no need to worries about carrying the house key around, our house have the high technology keyless. We will send you the passcode a day prior to your arrival.
Our house is your to enjoy, relax, take a deep breath, listen to the ocean wave and read a great book by the ocean.
Our house located within the Sun Skipper community near by many restaurants, carnival, pier, shops and much more.

We have two king beds, one in the master and one in the loft. Other two queen bed, one in the second bedroom and another in the loft.
Our loft is roomy and lovely room for one family or just children slumber room.

We loved everything about our stay. Major highlight was the wine libary. We didnt plan very well our first night and didnt have anything with us. It was lovely to get to share a bottle with our fmaily and just replace it when we went to the store. Everything was clean. Having parking and a pool right there was awesome. Public beach access was two houses down.The only store was about a 20 minute walk. Which was doable. 40 minutes walk to carolina beach boardwalk. 2 minute drive. There is a great public lot and seemed to always have parking.There are about 12 units in the building and we barely knew anyone else was there.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. We are a family of 6 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The owners have lots of kitchen items,linens, cleaning and paper products available which is really nice. The home is very close to the beach and shops and restaurants. The keyless entry made check in and running to the beach very convenient. The owner was very helpful with all of our questions.

This property was very nice and clean and overall wonderful. The house is about a 1 minute walk to the beach. The owner messaged me to make sure we were able to get in and was very nice. They provided 2 parking passes for 2 vehicles. The only problem we had the entire time was that the blender did not work but we were able to borrow one from a friendly neighbor.I wasn't sure before I arrived if there would be enough bakeware and/or pots and pans for the food I wanted to make so I brought my own. I didn't even have to use it because they had several pots, pans, bakeware, plates, silverware, ect that we needed for 8 people.I also did not know if the home had 2 full baths or just 1 1/2 baths. Thankfully, they had 2 full bathrooms. One in the master bedroom and one in the hallway.I was also concerned that the space may be too small for 8 people but it was actually a little bigger than it looked in the pictures.I was also happy that the linens were provided to include bathroom towels. The only things I would be aware of if you are interested in renting this place are:- Third floor location with no elevator- two beds are in an open loft upstairs with no door or wall separating the beds.I would definitely stay here again!
