This condo was perfect for our family of 7, my family and my sister and her kids. It was steps from the beach, the common areas were spacious and there was plenty of space to spread out. The condo is in a great location, near lots of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The boardwalk is about a mile away, it was walkable, but it was about a 30 min walk and there isn’t a sidewalk for most of it. We also walked down the beach from the condo to the boardwalk, that was a nice leisurely walk. I only have one small complaint, the bathrooms are very small. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and we absolutely fell in love with Carolina Beach!

The deck with a small ocean view is the star of this delightful three-bedroom condo. The well-equipped kitchen was pleasant to work in and the big table was fun to play cards at.
The living room furniture was very comfortable, as were the big beds in two of the two bedrooms. Bunk beds are best left to kids, but as a tall adult, no surprise, I wasn't super comfortable in the bunk beds.
The beach is across the road and up a small sandy dune.
