About this apartment rental
Wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo located in a small complex on Indian Shores. Gorgeous direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. The Master Bedroom offers direct sunrise views of the Intracoastal waterway. If you are a late morning sleeper please know that there is a small road between the bedroom and the waterway so some light traffic noise may sometimes be heard. Please Note: there is not an oven at this property, only a convection microwave oven. The living room, kitchen and dining areas view directly to the west to the Gulf of Mexico and gorgeous white sandy beach! Convenient to the Indian Rocks Business district and many wonderful area restaurants, post office and donuts shop.

Truly enjoyed this relaxing vacation right on the beach. Quiet area. Owner single family residence on each side. Had a manatee swim right by me as I was standing out in the surf. Very little boat traffic and no Sea-Doo noise. Great staging ground to go north and south For lots of adventures.

Best part about the property was the location!! I had read older reviews talking about how dated the unit was and how it needed upgrades and was hoping some of those would have been addressed by the time we came, but none of them were. Whole unit is very dated and needs to be updated in general but was very disappointed with a broken shower lever in the master as well as unfinished drywall. Old carpet remnants left stuck to wall in master bath. Bed in master was not comfortable and made my back hurt on the very first night. AC unit was not working when we checked in and had sugar ants all over kitchen- luckily the property manager was able to get the AC fixed and we were fine by bedtime. Property manager got bait and spray for ants but we had to contend with them the entire stay. Also the unit could use a very thorough cleaning and not just a wipe down.
Location was awesome and my son really enjoyed fishing off the dock on the inter coastal. Of course we loved the short walk to the very private beach we enjoyed all week. Would love to stay at Pipers III again but maybe in a more updated unit. Thought we paid a good amount to have so many things needing fixed or updated.

We were able to see amazing sunsets great location beach was pretty empty most of the days, The ceiling in the living room leaks when it rains when we notify the company they said there was nothing they could do until the unit above ours fixed their door. I understand they cant fix their issue until above unit fixes there problem but could warn people that they have a leak luckily we didnt sit anything there or it would of been soaked. We still have not received security deposit back we booked Jun. 17-24..Overall nice place just needs a little tlc
