Breathtaking High Rise View on Gulf of Mexico

Place is a hidden gem. Great location, very clean, everything you need included, awesome communication, excellent price, grounds were immaculate. I may have missed it but a lot there that I wasn't aware of from the listing. Beach has a company renting elevated wood chairs and umbrellas that they come mid day and adjust as the sun moves. A couple of gas grills are available on the grounds. The complex has an a number of staff or contractors who meticulously take care of the pool/grounds/grills so they look perfect every morning. The condo had internet that worked flawlessly. I think there is even a game room with a pool table I heard people talking about. They were renovating one of the two elevators the week we were there so occasionally you might wait 1-2 minutes to catch a ride but even with only one elevator things moved along just fine. A few points I'd share in case it helps. The codes to the pool and beach have been updated from the notes in the house, I'm sure Maria will update those even before I press send, if you need them they are the same for all guests and you should be able to ask someone in front of you. Also, near the elevator there is a map of the parking lot. The space allocated to the condo is the same number as the condo number. On the piece of paper is a map of where the numbered spaces are located that makes finding it easier than looking for your number across all the spaces. If you can get this place you will not be diapointed.

Beautiful location. Beautiful views of the ocean and pool. Almost all amenities and spices were included. Even had a crock pot which we used to make Italian beef. Very very clean. Felt very safe and Maria responded quickly with any questions or concerns of which there was only one. The oven needed to be serviced and she had someone there very quickly. But there was also a toaster oven so no big deal. She has thought of everything you need for a beach vacation. Definitely recommend this condo and will be back. Awesome Stay. Balcony with direct ocean view. Very clean and well equipped. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Beach chairs, beach towels and cooler for use. Pool was heated to a very comfortable temperature. Hot tub was HOT. Very pleased and would recommend as well as stay here again.
