This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1235 square foot, family-friendly condo is the ultimate vacation destination located directly on Pinellas County’s Gulf Coast & World Famous pristine white sugar sand beaches. This home is located in the perfect spot. A waterfront restaurant is right across the street in addition to boat & scooter or cart rentals.
This exclusive condo boasts direct breathtaking views of the beach & Gulf of Mexico to the West from the Master bedroom, living room, dining room & the kitchen. This 2nd floor condo is one of only a few that offer the premier location and interior features that surpass all expectations. Locals refer to this area of our beach as the Narrows since our island in this area is almost all beach with the intracoastal waterway just across the street.
The living area provides a large flat screen TV. The Master suite features a King size bed, flat screen TV & private bathroom fit for the most discriminating guests with a spacious updated shower and granite counter tops. This great condo offers a split bedroom plan with the larger guest room boasting 2 Full beds and a flat screen TV while the smaller bedroom has 2 Twin beds and currently a small flat screen TV. The guest bath, also remodeled features a tub & shower combo.
The fine furnishings throughout this condo will please the most meticulous guests. For your convenience, the kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances in addition to the essentials such as a toaster, dishes, cooking utensils & lots more. The laundry closet in the condo offers a stackable washer & dryer for all those beach towels (6 of which we supply for your use) or swim suits you’ll be washing after your days of fun on the beach or by the pool.
Enjoy the magnificent sunset views relaxing on the private and direct Gulf front Balcony off the Living Room & Master Bedroom, overlooking the heated pool and hot tub area while listening to the Gulf of Mexico’s calming waves as they come ashore. This fantastic balcony boasts a spiral staircase for your short cut to the beach, pool, hot tub and grills with no need to use the elevator unless you want to.
After the day on the beach, it’s just a short walk or drive to some enjoyable restaurants. Our Pinellas County beaches also offer a Trolley Service that has a pickup right out front as well as stops along Gulf Boulevard furnishing you access to the many local treasures we have to offer all day and late into the evening for minimal costs. If you have a vehicle there is a reserved parking space under the garage as well as guest spaces out front for your convenience.

We really thought the area was perfect and would stay in Sandcastle III again. We also had some family in Sandcastle II and they enjoyed their stay as well. I really appreciated having the spiral stairs directly to the pool deck and parking - very convenient especially when grilling. Pretty tight to carry beach chairs up and down but we managed just fine. I liked that it was a smaller building and never felt crowded. They have a closet on the balcony that is filled with random beach stuff so a little unpredictable as far as chairs go. They had one beach chair and a camp chair. Comparing to other properties we have stayed at, you will need to bring more trash bags and figure out your own coffee - they had a Keurig and a regular pot but no pods. Not a big deal. could have been a little cleaner but I'd still say 9/10 overall. Caddy's across the street had just re-opened and was fun to hang out.

We have stayed at Sand Castle 3 many times over the years, including this unit. It needs a deep clean...lots of dirt on walls and doors. The unit itself needs upgrading. We rented 3 units total this trip and they were all in need of cleaning and repairs. Overall, we were disappointed in the condition of the units.
But the area and the beach were wonderful.
