About this apartment rental
This condominium was newly remodeled and is one of the top condominiums located in Sand Castle III. It has its own private spiral staircase that leads down to the pool, hot tub, beach, and gas grills. I have minivans stationed at the airports for your convenience. They are an extra charge. I am fully insured and can usually beat the competition buy about 50%. Also we own two other direct oceanfront condominiums next-door to this one in Sand Castle II and Sandcastle l
(sandcastle one VRBO #786204 or sandcastle two VRBO #769898 also VRBO # 2813590 that has all the amenities that this one has to offer. All three of these condominiums have gas grills located near the pool for your personal use. My condominiums provide high-quality linens and mattresses which help to make your beach day truly memorable when you relax in the evenings. Disney and Busch Gardens are located only a short distance away. Tampa airport is located 30 minutes from your doorstep and St. Petersburg /Clearwater airport (PIE) is located 20 minutes away. We rent Saturday to Saturday only.

Loved the condo. Very roomy. Close to the water . Convenient having the staircase to the pool and that alone will make me book this unit again!!!! Loved it.

We loved the condo unit as it was spacious for 4 adults and well decorated with beach themes. The views were amazing and appreciated the spiral staircase from our unit to the pool/hot tub area or straight to the beach. Philip (owner) was always available to answer questions. We would highly recommend renting his condo!

Great location. Very convenient to the beach, not crowded, love the stairs down to the pool. Had everything we needed. Unit could use some updating. Sliding doors difficult to use, could use a little more furniture for seating, only seats about 5 comfortably in living room. Beds and bedding a little dated and not comfortable. Furniture on balcony not comfortable but fine. overall a great stay. Just minor things that would take it to the next level.
