You'll be wowed entering this luxury penthouse, with its jaw-dropping ocean views. This is the developer's condo (her pride & joy) & lovingly maintained & decorated with stunning imported artwork. The floor to ceiling windows fills the condo with sunshine & allows for those amazing ocean & beach views from all the common areas. Step out to the spacious balcony or relax on the private fully furnished rooftop. You'll feel like you're floating right over the ocean!

THINGS WE CANNOT CONTROL
-During the warmer spring & summer months (or earlier), the Mexican Caribbean may receive sargassum, (a form of seaweed which is a phenomenon). It occurs in Miami, Texas & all of the Caribbean Islands. We cannot predict if or when it will come or how much & if it will disrupt swimming & the use of the beaches. The beaches are cleaned with tractors & workers when possible to also help reduce any sulfur smell. Conditions can also change daily. We recommend guests educate themselves about this issue before booking so there are no surprises
- Noise/Music: We cannot control music or noise coming from outside our complex such as neighboring properties or from beach restaurants we are next to. 'Playa' is an international tourist spot and our location is fun & lively. The condo enjoys hurricane doors & windows which help reduce outside sound. Most guests thoroughly enjoy their stay! Our complex has quiet hours from 11PM to 9AM for the enjoyment of all of our guests.
- Power Outages: We are not responsible for city wide power or water outages on the very rare occasion that service may be out
- Lost Or Stolen Items: Please do not leave your valuables at the pool or beach unattended. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property

As close to perfection as you can get. Not one complaint. Perfect location, breathtaking views, unit was well equipped, clean and spacious, staff were friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

Condo was perfect for our party of 5. On the beach. Great food in restaurants on either side (Fusion is a fantastic for hanging out and great Mexican food). Roof top deck was a favorite of my wife and teenage daughters. 1/2 block to the middle of 5th Avenue.
Would definitely stay again.

It gets better and better every stay we have in this condo with it's jaw dropping views! Beautifully decorated, well stocked, comfortable and spacious with the best staff to make your stay amazing. Thanks to Tonya and staff for another stress free, 'we don't want to go home' kind of stay!
