TRAVEL & MEDICAL INSURANCE - VERY IMPORTANT!
Please purchase travel & medical insurance as you don't want to be in a foreign country without ample protection. Things happen: illness, job loss, flight cancellations or delays & more. (This happens more than you can imagine.) The onus is on guests to protect their investment & health. HURRICANE SEASON: Is from June 1 to Nov. 30, so please take all this into consideration as well.

THINGS WE CANNOT CONTROL
-Sargassum f(a orm of seaweed).may occur during the warmer winter/spring & summer months, We cannot predict if & when it will arrive, & if it will disrupt the beaches/swimming. The city places barriers in the sea & cleans the beach when required. We encourage our guests to research this topic so there are no surprises.
- Noise/Music: We cannot control music or noise coming from outside our complex such as neighboring properties or from beach restaurants we are next to. 'Playa' is an international tourist spot and our location is fun & lively. The condo enjoys hurricane doors & windows which help reduce outside sound. Most guests thoroughly enjoy their stay! Our complex has quiet hours from 11PM to 9AM for the enjoyment of all of our guests.
- Halted Construction which begun in 2022 has stopped due to permit issues. Should it resume, we will let our guests know. Most guests are not affected by this.
- Power Outages: We are not responsible for city wide power or water outages on the very rare occasion that service may be out.
- Lost Or Stolen Items: Please do not leave your valuables at the pool or beach unattended. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property.

Very nice condo on the beach in Playa del Carmen. We traveled with a party of seven. The unit is ideal for six people, a little tight for 8.The location is magnificent though. I really enjoyed going to sleep and waking up to the sounds of waves crashing the beach.Edith, the manager, is amazing!

We had an incredible stay here with our family. The location truly could not be better — the condo is literally steps from the beach and right next to the pool. We were able to let our young kids go back and forth between the pool and the beach without ever leaving our porch, which was priceless.The views are stunning. Waking up to the ocean, sitting with a coffee overlooking the water, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was an unforgettable experience. You really feel like you’re right on the beach.The pool and beach amenities were fantastic — plenty of lounge chairs, friendly service, and even the ability to order drinks and snacks from the bar next door. We could order a jet ski directly from our lounge chair, which was a fun bonus.Security was present and very friendly, which made us feel comfortable traveling with kids. The condo is also perfectly located just one block from the main drag, so we could easily walk to dinner, explore the town, and still be close enough to feel relaxed and not overwhelmed — even with children.Overall, this was hands down one of the best poolside and beachfront experiences we’ve ever had. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it, especially for families looking for convenience, comfort, and an unbeatable location.

We absolutely loved this trip! The property was perfectly placed in the middle of everything. One day we took the ferry to Cozumel and another we used the recommended shuttle/guide to visit a cenote. We cannot say enough positive things about our stay. The property owner gave us so much information for the area which was great. Definitely utilize Jaime for airport shuttle and excursion guide. He was fantastic! We’ll be back! Everyone was so nice and great to work with!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in C1. Our children and grandchildren joined us for most of our stay. Having the pool right outside our door was very convenient. We also loved being close to the shopping and restaurants on 5th Avenue. Everything is within walking distance. We walked to the Walmart to do our grocery shopping. If we had a big purchase, we took a cab home (100 MXN). The condo had everything we needed. Edith, the condo manager, checked in with us almost every day to take care of any problems (of which there were none), but it was nice to know someone was looking out for us. We definitely recommend C1 for a vacation! hadeverything we nee
