About this villa rental

A lovely, spacious 3 bedroom villa with private pool in a great location. We are ready to welcome you for a great holiday, very close to all the hotspots in Seminyak. Only 1 minute away to the well known bar/restaurant Shooters for your great daily breakfast and a afternoon or evening drink and just minutes away from the famous Seminyak Oberoi street (Eat street) with all the fancy bars and restaurants. Only 3 minutes walk to Jalan Mertanadi with famous places as Naughty Nuris and Gusto Gelato!

Nice three bedroom/3 bathroom villa with a kitchen and small swimming pool. Located in Seminyak, about 15 minutes by taxi to the beach and beach clubs. Owner is very friendly, as is the housekeeper who comes daily to clean. Owner mentioned that she also has two other two bedroom villas. One next door to this location, and another about 200 meters away. Two of the bedrooms have outdoor bathrooms, while the third has indoor. Bathroom in room #2 has a door that sticks from the humidity. A little wiggle needed to open and close. Bring mosquito repellant with you. There is some provided, and we also purchased a spray for around the bathroom doors for the outdoor bathrooms. I had temporary blue masking tape to seal a crack in the door for one room. No washing machine or dryer, but laundromat close by, about a 5 minute walk. We stayed for 4 nights, and it was humid in Seminyak. Thankfully each bedroom has air conditioner, and there is a electric fan in the open patio area. Located in a quiet area. Several restaurants, market, sports bar, and massage spa’s within a 5 minute walk in any direction. Tip, hire a private driver to handle your transportation to and from the airport, or any tourist attractions. The roads are narrow, with lots of cars and scooters all day long. Personally I wouldn’t want to drive a rental car anywhere in the town areas. Would stay here again, or any villa in this neighborhood.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The furniture is lovely and the livingroom provides all required comforts.The pool and day bed are just what we needed to unwind.Lovely stay and lovely people

The villa was really good. The manager, Nafisa was also very helpful and the cleaners were also excellent. The location of the property isn't bad, it's close to a busy lane, restaurants and shops. Shops are about 300-400 metres away. The Villa overall suited our purpose with just a few minor things need fixing but overall anyone hiring the villa will have a great time there.
