Has all the amenities: wi-fi, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster oven, bath/shower. Pictures of insects on pillows creeped me out, though—had to put them out of sight while we stayed there. Otherwise a very, very nice place to stay. Close to grocery shopping.

This flat is immaculate, totally equipped and wonderful comfortable decor. Completely recommend you couldn’t ask for more. Location quiet neighbourhood and very pleasant. Stairs to suite if accessibility an issue but motion detector security lights make access safe and pleasant. Little deck to sit outdoors. Will definitely stay there again when in Nanaimo.

Everything in this suite was new, high quality, and extremely clean. We could tell Angelo and his wife have a great understanding of what visitors enjoy; bedding, towels, furnishings, and appliances, all new and sparkling clean; not a thing forgotten here. It was like living in that apartment you really couldn’t afford yet the price was so affordable. The location perfect, quiet safe neighbourhood situated with ease to the #1 for daily travels. We booked three nights at this beautiful carriage home. The apartment is new, clean and modern. The location was perfect for us because I had family close by and it was convenient for shopping and site seeing. Angelo had lots of cooking utensils, spices and coffee available. The bed was comfortable and there was a nice shower with plenty of hot water available. We had a lovely visit! I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice suite in Nanaimo!

My husband and I stayed here while completing medical treatment in Nanaimo. We had a great stay in the apartment with all of the comforts of home (full kitchen, living area, deck) and a quiet neighborhood. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Will stay again!

As Angelo says, when staying at the Coach House you are 15 minutes from everything in town. Terminal Avenue will get you going to where you need to go, and is literally a minute drive from the house but you don't hear the traffic. We had a wonderful time in Nanaimo taking a hub and spoke pattern to our travels--Qualicum, Duncan, Tofino, and Lake Cowichan areas are all easy day trips. Based on Angelo's recommendations we ate the most wonderful sushi at NORI--this is going to sound a little strange but Milano's has a wonderful fish taco!!! Do not miss Burnt Honey Ice Cream shop--Red's Bakery for a Nanaimo Bar. We will be back for more.

The accommodations were second to none. Everything you'd want for comfort and convenience. Being in a residential area it was quiet and allows one to decompress. It is also convenient to any basic needs for groceries or take out food or other items one might need if forgotten in the packing process when travelling. Angelo was very friendly and helpful. The directions provided were accurate and of help. If ever I am visiting the area again I intend to be a repeat customer. Thank you Angelo for making my stay in the middle island a pleasant and memorable one! Bravo Zulu!
