Entire 2BR Guest House in Quiet Area

Not as easy as it could have been. I had no access to the internet which made it difficult

Nice neighborhood, neighbors waved at us several times(one way street a bit of a pain, but minor detail) The operator was very friendly and informative! Felt very secure, left belongings outside without hesitation(easy to get in and out of the suite) Washer and dryer was awesome. Lots of products for use within the property, along with a stocked fridge(drinks)(at no additional cost). Each room had clothes storage and one had a work station for use. Provided with a high quality fan(had to purchase additional fan, as A/C not equipped as advertised) Several streaming services available for use

Advertised as having Air Conditioning, it did not. Was a major factor in deciding on this property. Thankfully we arrived at the very tail end of a heat wave and stationary fans sufficed our needs. Provided steamer did not work(minor detail) Provided Iron shot Calcium/Solids on clothes, unusable. An emergency trip to Walmart was required. There was pee on toilet seat when we arrived. There was water on floor in bathroom(minor detail) Floors and walls showed heavy signs of use. Both beds were very creaky(my 60lb child even made them creak). Rooms were both a bit tight. TV channels were very limited(but streaming services offered)

Exceptionally well stocked and clean.

It was clean and well stocked and has in suite laundry which was great for our longer stay

The couch was really uncomfortable and the gods bed didn’t work.
