The space, the location, and the new furniture were exceptional. Everything was clean and ready to use. We had a small problem with the door lock code, but they solve in 2mins.

Everything. It was spacious, quiet, self contained. Immaculately presented. Great facilities including coffee machine, washer, dryer, nice toiletries. Just a 10 min drive to downtown Nanaimo but less to local shops and pubs. Loved the deer in garden and goats next door. Netflix provided and good WiFi. Lovely place, would def stay here again
