This property was perfect, my GF and I stayed there one night. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable and it was located in a quiet neighborhood. They were very accommodating with our arrival as we didn’t arrive until 1am. I would definitely stay here again.

For us it was a convenient economical overnight stay to take the ferry very early the next morning.
I was a bit concerned about the shared bathroom. But everything was in tip top shape and spotless.

Friendly hosts, beautiful view, well organized amenities. Comfortable bed.
Room door lock was noisy and didn’t feel very secure. Slight pet smell in room. Shared bathroom was awkward after self-contained units.

Here’s the thing, the property is in a beautiful, high-end neighborhood. It is exceptionally clean. However, it was extremely uncomfortable having the bathroom on a separate floor from the bedrooms and in the main living space of the family. Also, when I read BnB I expect there to be breakfast. Am I wrong? At the very least, coffee with all the fixings. Lastly, there was a note to not shower or make noise until after 7am which is just not reasonable for people who need to be up and gone in the morning.
The bathroom needs to be on the same level and/or not in the main living area of the family home. The hosts could be warmer/more welcoming and explain what is included with our stay.
