This delightful apartment completely renovated and furnished with extreme care, is located in the heart of San Gimignano, a few steps from the Duomo and the famous Piazza della Cisterna. It consists of a large open space divided between living room-kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and accessories necessary for cooking, the living room is modernly furnished, with sofa, armchair, table and chairs. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and the bathroom is large, modern and has a shower. The furniture is shabby-chic style and the finishes make it unique, the ceiling is original beams.
The reserved position but a few steps from the busiest streets of San Gimignano allows you to fully experience all that this wonderful Tuscan village has to offer to the thousands and thousands of tourists who choose it as an irreplaceable destination every year.
It is possible, on request, to reserve a parking space in a private garage at a cost of Euro 30 per day. Recall that the historic center is NOT accessible by car, all the parking spaces are outside the city walls.

I stayed here two nights while on a girls trip to Italy. This place was perfectly located and offered everything we needed for our stay. The directions to the apartment were very clear and we found a place to be neat and clean. The apartment was just off of the town center, perfect walking distance to everything. Parking was safe and only about a 10 minute walk through town. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely return.

Stayed with my wife and daughter for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. San Gimignano is a small town so everything is close by but this house was very centrally located. House is spacious and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. The washer/dryer is a bit quirky but it works.
On the day I was supposed to checkout - I received a call from the owner at 10:05 am and he said checkout time is 10 am and you have to leave NOW. I was having coffee and had to rush through it. I have stayed at many hotels around the world and never has such an experience. If it was that urgent and if cleaners were coming over exactly at checkout time, then the owner should have contacted a night before to communicate.
