Central Romantic Nest San Gimignano is a characteristic flat in the historical centre, completely and finely renovated to ensure guests experience tradition, art and antiquity but at the same time, enjoy all the comforts of modernity.

The flat is located in a characteristic building, full of paintings and frescoes. The house also has an important fresco, that of the Ancella, which characterises the ceiling of one of the two double bedrooms.

The other room, also a double, has a writing corner, useful for smart working.

The rooms are furnished with great attention to detail and the fabrics used for the furnishings, giving a great sense of warmth to guests who decide to stay in this corner of peace and tranquillity.

The property is completed by new bathroom with window, complete with shower, toilet and washbasin, and a large kitchen/living room. The flat is very bright and is located on the first floor and is accessed via a flight of stairs. It is equipped with air conditioning, heating, satellite TV and wifi.
