Location Location Location! Amazing house near all of the amazing El Paseo Shops and Restaurants and Shadow Mountain Country Club for golf and tennis!

THE SOFAS PICTURED ARE NO LONGER AT THE PROPERTY AND HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH NEWER TAN SOFAS.
The Interior walls are no longer different colors in each room and are all white like the main living room area pictured in these photos. We found this brightened up the rooms as the previous colors were a little too dark.

The property is located in the desert. It can be very hot in the desert during the summer. From May to August expect outdoor temperatures from 100-120 degrees and indoor temperatures from 75-82 degrees. This is a Fun House not a Party House. Please be respectful of our neighbors - the City of Palm Desert, Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage and La Quinta ordinances require No Outdoor Music from 10PM-10AM, No overnight parking in the street and a maximum of 2 overnight guests per room (8 for us) and they are strictly enforcing it. Any violations will potentially result in a loss of your full damage deposit plus any City fines. Have a blast but be responsible and respectful!

Property was exactly as shown and Jordan was so responsive and great to deal with. We stayed there the entire month of December over the holidays to get away as a family and kids were able to do remote learning and we were able to work remotely as well. Great backyard and great area. Could not be more appreciative towards Jordan and the property. Such a great home to rent for a large family.

My family and I were looking for a house to live/remote work/remote school from while our house was under construction. This house fit the bill perfectly. We had space to work and then space to play. The pool & spa were amazing and very relaxing. The added bonus of the pool table allowed for some fun family time. The area was quiet and very close to the main drag for access to restaurants and coffee. The check in and check out were very easy, and Jordan was very responsive during our stay if we had any questions. We will definitely come back here.

Enjoyed a much-needed getaway from working at home during COVID with two small children and a tiny backyard. The house was very spacious for all four of us to spread out and it was immaculately clean. I was in search for a missing Lego at one point so I looked under every bed and piece of furniture and didn’t find a single dust bunny! The backyard is a showstopper, though. Gorgeous pool and spa with fountains and evening lighting you can control from your phone, plus a spacious back yard with an additional side yard with fruit trees. Our two children enjoyed running around, the 4-year old learned to swim, and we had an all-around lovely desert getaway. We definitely hope to come back one day!
