Accordingly no disruption to the neighbors or house parties of any kind are permitted. Indian Wells requires minimum 29 day rental contract period.  Per City of Indian Wells Short-Term Rental Ordinance: “The Owner or Managing Agency or Agent shall provide language in their rental agreement allowing for immediate termination of the rental contract, and immediate eviction upon any violation of the Municipal Code by any occupant. The Responsible Person shall acknowledge understanding of all Indian Wells Shoft-term Residential Rental rules and their liability for any fines incurred by occupants."

If you are looking for a shiny new house with all the typical Coachella Valley fare, this won't be your kind of place and probably never will be. If you would like a genuine experience in a home of historic significance -- a true hacienda-style home -- this two-story adobe oasis built in 1922 and one of the last of its kind, is for you. The house is owned (and has been carefully, lovingly, renovated) by two architects, who are literally the world's foremost experts in Spanish revival style homes in California. This gorgeous, private family villa with expansive grounds and carefully curated decor and touches was graciously open to our family by our warm hosts. Rarely have I reflected on a stay more often than I have this one. It was like staying in a dream. A+ hosts, A+ house, A+ kitchen, A+ fireplace, A+ master bath, A+ sleeping porch. Truly magical.

We loved our stay at this home. The house itself is quite beautiful and incredibly charming. The outdoor space is tranquil and gorgeous. The home had plenty of space and every room was well appointed. Diane was very easy to communicate with and made sure that our every need was handled. Was an absolute pleasure to stay here!
