The Space:
Hacienda Del Sol offers 3,600 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space in Palm Desert, just one mile from the shops, dining, and attractions of El Paseo. The home features four spacious bedrooms with Beautyrest mattresses and four newly remodeled bathrooms. A fully stocked kitchen connects to inviting spaces for gathering, including a dining room, family room, and living room with a fireplace. Guests can also enjoy a dedicated game room and private gym with a Peloton, along with cable TV and WiFi throughout the home.
The outdoor spaces are designed for enjoying the desert setting, with plenty of areas to relax in the sun or shade. Spend the afternoon by the private pool and spa, prepare a meal on the BBQ, or gather around the outdoor fire pit in the evening. Ample outdoor seating and a TV create another comfortable space to unwind. One of the area's best parks is just a short walk away, while El Paseo is approximately one mile from the home for convenient access to Palm Desert's shopping and dining.
The Neighborhood:
Hacienda Del Sol is ideally located in Palm Desert, offering convenient access to some of the area’s best shopping, dining, recreation, and attractions. El Paseo, known for its restaurants, boutiques, and galleries, is approximately 1.5 miles away, while Ironwood Park is just 800 feet from the home. The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens is about 1 mile away, and the BNP Paribas Open tennis venue is approximately 3 miles away. Everyday essentials are also within easy reach, with Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods Market, and Target all about 1.5 miles from the property. For festival trips, the Coachella grounds are approximately 14 miles away.
Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed only with prior approval and are subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee. Bringing an unapproved pet will result in a $500 fine. Additional deep cleaning may be performed as needed to remove pet hair and odors.
Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
Pool & Spa Heating: The pool and spa can be heated for an additional fee with advance notice. Pool heating averages $100 per day, with a 3-day minimum and at least 48 hours’ notice required. Spa heating is $40 per use for up to 4 hours and requires at least 2 hours’ notice.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Security Deposit Policy:
Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
