About this house rental
Welcome to the Mermaid Cottage! Enjoy the two bedroom, 1 bath cute Cape ranch which sleeps 4. The master and spare both have comfy Casper queen size beds . Relax in the large backyard with a good book while gently swaying on the hammock or grilling and eating on one of the outside patios. Enjoy a relaxing outdoor shower after a fun beach day. The house is comfortable with all updated furnishings, hardwood floors, stainless appliances and granite countertops. The cottage is fully air conditioned for those steamy summer days. Basic spices and paper goods (TP, papertowel, plastic bags etc.) provided.
No need to bring your beach chairs or even beach toys! The house is fully equipped- even board games and paperbacks for a rainy afternoon. Bring your bathing suit and beach towel and enjoy the close local beaches.
The house is located in quiet Seacoast Shores neighborhood which borders the Childs River and Waquoit Bay. There is a public boat landing with open ocean access or you can put your kayak in at one of the association entry points. Conveniently located approximately 5 miles from downtown Falmouth beaches and 4 miles from Mashpee Commons. Close to shopping, movies, beaches and the wonderful bike paths.

This place was absolutely wonderful. The house is decorated so cute and it was very very clean. There was everything you would need in the kitchen! I was so impressed. I especially liked the extra touch on the makeup washcloths. It’s the small things!!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage! Cozy and functional, it has everything. The backyard, bookstoys, and mermaid decorations to admire were highlights for my children. We loved exploring the local beaches that are easily accessible. Wish we could have stayed longer!

I rented this beautiful cottage so that I could run the Falmouth Road race . It was the perfect location for that close to everything I needed . The house was fully stocked with everything imaginable to make your visit comfortable, right down to Tupperware that I packed for the beach, beach chairs and towels ! It is beautifully decorated and has such a Cape Cod feel to it . The owner was amazing to work with !!! I plan to return next year :)
