Place was nice and in a great location! We had a great time and hope to stay there again!

Really enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony & living room. Area was fairly quiet. Smaller building meant less people on our designated portion of the beach.

My family and I enjoyed our stay on the beach in a beachfront condo only due to the close proximity to the beach. Charlie was very nice and quick to address a major water leak at the kitchen sink (discovered in the afternoon of or second day) on our third day. However, I was disappointed in the 90’s style furnishings and decorations. There was not adequate seating in the living room area for more than 3 people to relax. (One recliner and one loveseat.) The small kitchen lacked enough utensils and space for a family that cooked most meals. The refrigerator had a missing support for the bottom shelf which made it unstable and would fall easily. The bath mats were dirty and had just been folded and put into the cabinets. The television in the master suite sat on a low nightstand to the side of the bed which meant that only one person could watch television comfortably, the other had to sit up or not see most of the television. The door to the balcony was very heavy and would not lock. There were rats visible from our balcony in the dunes/sea oats area on multiple days, as well as cockroaches that would come onto the balcony at night. The pool area lacked adequate seating for even the small number of people there. And the open room for beach items donated or lost had a serious roach problem. I feel like most of these problems in the condo are simply from a lack of upkeep and updates. The maintenance of the building and the pest issues also need to be addressed.
