The spacious, covered balcony is perfect for morning coffee, ocean breezes, and relaxed seaside meals. With a private boardwalk to the beach and an easy walk along the sand to Sea-N-Suds and The Hangout, this is a peaceful beachfront stay with everything close by. 🌴

Our beachfront condo at Royal Palms sits beside Gulf State Park, offering a quieter stretch of beach with wide-open Gulf views. The space includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a king bedroom featuring direct Gulf views and balcony access, a queen bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper that also opens to the balcony, sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably. The real standout is the spacious balcony and peaceful setting — designed for slow mornings, uncrowded beach days, and evenings listening to the waves.

Great location. Unit is in the last condo building before the Gulf Shores Start Park starts. Lots of open beach without the crowds.

The balcony was nice but if sitting or lounging the railing does obstruct the view. The boardwalk to the beach is right below unit so not much privacy while sitting on the balcony. The kitchen was not very well stocked with utensils. The AC unit is very loud while running! But overall the unit was nice and beds were comfortable.
