Located on the 2nd floor, you’ll feel immersed in coastal vibes on our balcony that overlooks the white sandy beaches — ahhhh, relax to the sounds of the surf or sip coffee or cocktails!
Our condo has fabulous updates for the utmost in quality experiences for your getaway. The kitchen is fully equipped with Refrigerator , stove, microwave, dishwasher and small appliances with all the necessary utensils.
• King in the master bedroom -- with large dual area master bath, flat screen TV, and large walk in closet in the master bedroom
Two twin beds in the guest bedroom --with a bathroom in the hallway, flat screen TV, and closet as well in the guest bedroom
• The sofa converts to a sleeper (queen) in the living area –with a flat screen TV for the living area and two comfortable chairs for relaxing
• There is a washer and dryer in the hallway -- linens are provided for your stay
Our balcony is also a great refuge with a table and chairs along with two high top chairs and is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or even an afternoon snack. A great way to enjoy spending time with friends.
Our building, Royal Palms, is a desirable vacation spot because it has all the amenities of larger condos without the higher price or crowds. Building amenities include an outdoor and indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, sauna and steam room.

Hosts were spectacular! The location is absolutely perfect! The indoor amenities and outdoor (most notably the white sand beach and ocean view,) were just steps away! Wonderful condo!!!

What a nice condo and great location! Easy access from parking to condo and from condo to beach. Short walk to a few restaurants and short drive to others as well as to Walmart. Mike is a first class host and is dedicated to making sure you have a great stay. I would never stay anywhere else in Gulf Shores. Cant wait to go back!
