The location of the property was excellent! Being the last complex before the Gulf State Park is a huge perk. The condo itself was tight on space for our family of four. It worked but it is definitely smaller than I expected from the pictures.

Overall it was a great stay and my little family had a wonderful time! The towels smelled like smoke when we tried to use them for the first time, not a huge issue since I could wash them, just wasn’t expected. And the microwave stays hot if the surface light is on over the stove. Maybe add some blackout curtains in the bedroom. Really the only complaints.These are minor things, just want to be fully transparent. They were VERY responsive when I asked a question which was greatly appreciated. And the balcony was the perfect spot for the fireworks.

We loved the location. Only dislikes were that there were no sheets available for the pull out on the sofa and outdoor pool was not heated so we were not able to use it during our stay. We did like that there was an indoor pool as well though.

Overall we were happy with the location and facility's amenities. We were disappointed in the unit itself. From broken microwave and
roaches as well as standing in water while showering due to slow drain, it was not the experience I had hoped for. There was sand on the floor when we arrived but vacuum was also broke.
