Royal Palms 403 is a beautifully updated one-bedroom, two-bath gulf-front condominium offering amazing views from the 4th floor. Ideally located next to the Gulf State Park Pier, this condo provides the perfect setting for your next beach vacation.
• Access to the private balcony is available from the living room.
• Beautiful plank flooring extends throughout the entire unit.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in your home away from home. The dining area seats three, and three barstools provide additional seating at the counter.
• A washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.
• The living area has a queen sofa sleeper.
• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed.
• Two built-in bunk beds are located in the hallway alcove - perfect for children. (*Children six years of age or younger should not use the top bunk.)
• Skip the long lines - this unit offers keyless entry for easy check-in and check-out.
• One parking pass will be automatically billed. A maximum of two vehicles is permitted. If you need an additional pass, please let us know. The cost is $65 plus tax per pass. Hangout Music Festival passes are $150 each, per the association.
This property is designated as a ‘No Smoking’ property, including all unit balconies.

The property met our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was delightful with one exception, the master bed area smelled of mold. I don't think it was the property rather the cleaning crew using an old mop. Nevertheless, i would stay here again.

Loved the location of the complex - at the end of the beach before the state park. The beach was beautiful and our view from the condo balcony was amazing. The balcony furniture was very comfortable. The condo is small, which I knew because of the listing. It was just me and my husband so we managed but if you had kids it would be very tight. The bed was not comfortable at all and the sheets were very old. The couch was so uncomfortable we could not even sit on it to watch tv or just relax. It needs replaced badly. All of the appliances were great, everything worked very well. The sauna and steam room was great. Pools were nice but trying to get in the door was a bit tricky as it would stick and not open. There were different maintenance issues needing attention around the complex. We were very pleased with itrip. We had an issue when first arriving getting in to the condo with our code. Itrip got me a new code immediately, no problem. Other times when I had questions, I got responses right away.
