This 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo is the home away from home you have been dreaming of. Join us for your well-deserved vacation and relax with the sound of waves crashing against the shore. THE VIEWS ARE AMAZING!!!
This Gulf Shores condo rental features a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico.
The updated kitchen is fully equipped with items needed to prepare meals during your stay. There are brand new tile showers in both bath rooms for you to enjoy!
The master suite features a King bed and a private bath. The guest bedroom has a Queen and there is a sofa-sleeper in the living room to add spaces for sleeping. The unit features a private balcony with access from the living room. This condo sleeps 6 guests.
The unit also features a stack washer and dryer and free WIFI.
COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Royal Palms is located one mile East of Hwy 59 in Gulf Shores, adjacent to Gulf State Park. Property amenities include free wireless internet, outdoor grills, indoor and outdoor pools, indoor hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center, and limited covered parking.
PARKING PASSES
One parking pass is included with your reservation. You may purchase 1 additional parking from us if you request it advance of your arrival. There are a maximum of 2 passes allowed per reservation. The cost of parking is managed by the HOA for each complex and may change without advance notice.
Regular parking passes are $70 per vehicle. The Hangout Festival Parking Passes are $175 per vehicle which is a special yearly event.
MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in November, December, January, and February ONLY!

Stayed here for the first time last year and we made sure we stayed here again this year. Great location for us being the last condo before the fishing pier. Much less crowded than the others we see further down from us. Will be hoping we can stay here again next year.8th floor view of the Gulf and room is in front of the elevator that we like as well.A lot of dolphins were out near the beach this year that we enjoyed watching from the balcony and saw a couple of sea turtles when we went onto the pier.

This condo was perfect! The indoor pool was a hit for our 3 year old when it was raining and the outdoor pool was refreshing after long days at the beach. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved the extra large balcony as well and enjoyed breakfast and sunrises every morning in the comfortable rocking chairs. The location was perfect because with a few extra steps we could put our canopy up on the state park’s property line and be close to the water which was great for our son. Everything was clean, parking was never an issue, communication with hosts was perfect. 10/10 recommend!

This condo was AMAZING! We’ve been coming to GS for 30ish years and we felt like this was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed! It was so well maintained. Perfect size for 3 adults with everything we needed. Location is right beside the state park, which means there are no other condos on one side. Tammy was a wonderful host, easy to contact, & quick to respond!Again, this is a hidden gem and we definitely plan to book again!
