everything was great. The only problem was the key to the door was very hard to lock and unlock the door.

It was dated. We stayed at another property last year and it was decorated cute and way cheaper than this one. Was hoping since I paid more it would be nicer. Loved being right on the water though

Great location! Loved the pools and spa and beach access. Everyone I ran into was super friendly. Beach was very nice and not crowded at all being near the end of the stop of condos and hotels. The condo facility was well-kept and we felt that everything was accurate on the VRBO description. Definitely recommend it!

Overall impression of the property is that it is very old and has very cheap furnishings. The location is good though. It still uses a standard lock and key instead of a code which is just silly these days. The requirement to go to a real estate office to sign paperwork and get the keys is a hassle. It has been years since I've had to do that. For the money I don't think I would stay again during the summer months. Perhaps a short off-season stay when rates are less would be worth it.
Suggested Improvements:
1. Use a key code lock
2. Eliminate separate real estate office check-in an key return
3. Update furnishings that work and replace glass tables
