The house is located in the heart of Portixol, right next to the little port. Also, the location is very quiet, at a narrow street without traffic.
The house has a nice roof top terrace which during the sunny and warm months will most likely be the main place.
A range of bars and restaurants are a foot step away, so is the beach.
The living/dining room on the ground floor has (almost) no day light. So, if the weather isn't nice and warm, you sit in a room under the lamp. Keep that in mind for the winter months.
The water boiler has only a capacity of 100L. That is adequate for a 2 persons household if you like a hot shower at least.
Overall, the house could do with some upgrading of furniture (inside and outside), and a better shower cabin.
