About this house rental
This home has 6BR/4Baths. The master bedroom is downstairs and has a king bed and full bath. Downstairs has 2BR with 2 twin beds in each and 1BR with a full bed and bath with shower(no tub). There is also a main bath on this floor. Upstairs has 2BR with 2 twin beds in one bedroom, 1 king bed in the other and a main bath. There is also a sitting room upstairs with windows across the front for a beautiful view of the ocean.
Downstairs has an open living/dining/ kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, coffee maker, stove/oven and refrigerator. All utensils and cookware provided.
Additional amenities include washer/dryer, cable TV, and WiFi. There is a private patio in the back and a charcoal grill is available.
Linens and bath towels are provided as well.
Beach chairs and beach towels are NOT provided.
There is no longer direct access to the beach from the house, but boardwalk access to the beach is a short walk away.
This home has been in our family for over 50 years. We like to refer to it as 'Our little piece of Heaven.' This is an older home and we are constantly trying to upgrade when we can. We feel it is competitively priced due to age of the home.
We offer monthly rates for Jan.- March. Rate is based on availability of at least 28 days.

This property appears to be a much loved family home. It is in an ideal location. The house itself could use some proper maintenance and new appliances, as do most homes that are 75 years old. The neighborhood is very peaceful and we enjoyed watching the deer browse around the yard.

The property had everything we needed. We were thrilled with the proximity to the beach. We loved watching the deer walk right up to the windows. The house was perfect for 12 guests. Would definitely stay again!

This house is on a very quiet Street with an ocean view and lovely Ocean breeze. It's clear it is a family home that is much enjoyed. The furnishings and interior are a little bit dated, but that is no obstacle to the comfort of the home. It worked very well for our group of six adult colleagues on a work trip to Jekyll. Would absolutely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Location! Location! Location! The location of this home is perfect! Our children had a blast, being able to roam freely in such a great space and have such immediate access to the beach. The house was the perfect size for our 3 families to stay together. Everything we could have needed was thought of and provided. I gave the rating a 4 because there were areas inside that really needed some tlc.
