About this house rental
Situated on idyllic Wilmington Island just minutes from Downtown Savannah or Tybee Island. This part of Savannah was historically a tourism destination. Charter fishing, restaurants, local shops etc make Wilmington Island a perfect landing spot for your Savannah/Tybee vacation. Get the best of both worlds with a quiet neighborhood atmosphere just steps from multiple dining and shopping spots. Park in the 2-car garage or private driveway. Walk to Lilli's, Basil's, Molly Maguire's, Cancun, Rio Bravo, or several fast-food spots. 2 major supermarkets are within a mile. Tybee Island is 10 miles away by car. The Historic District (Downtown) Savannah is 10 miles away.

Our party of 13 had a great stay! Family friendly in a safe area with plenty of space. Perfect location to access Savannah and Tybee!

The house is great for a large family size wise. There were 7 of that enjoyed this house. We brought two standard poodles with us and they loved the backyard! It’s fully fenced in!!! I am pro and cons this but know over all it was great for what we needing just wanted to share info!! Pros: Great space plenty of beds which were very comfortable! Sheets were nice and not the scratchy cheap oneClose to shopping and restaurantsClose to both the beach and Downtown Savannah. Tv in all roomsFull size washer and dryerSpacious kitchenCons:Mostly kitchen problems which really were easy to remedy. None of the kitchen dishes were clean. Pots were put up with standing water in them and Bowles and utensils were not clean at all. The dishwasher does not dry period. Now The book when you arrive does tell you they don’t do the dishes they just unload the dishwasher and sanitize. The grill was nasty so it had to be cleaned as well we are not sure if it works we needed up not using it. No extra paper towels and only 2 drying towels for the kitchen and no rags just a dirty used sponged. (For a house this large you need at least 4 towels and a clean sponge between visitors)We were not aware that people would be showing up to do yard work or hot tub maintenance so it was surprise when they showed up at 8:30. We were up but our dogs went crazy! A heads up would be nice. That’s about it. Like I said the cons are and were easy to fix. But you should know them before you rent here.

Nice new property that accommodated our large group well. Great communication from the host. We would stay there again for our vacation.

Very nice and warming home. The family was very happy with our choice. Would definitely choose again if available when traveling again.
