The pool is private, large, and fully screened to keep bugs out, with two loungers. It is not heated.

You have access to the house, the backyard, the driveway, and one additional parking spot on the street directly in front of the house. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, please keep noise to a minimum. Parties and events need to be coordinated with the host first.

The home sits on Wilmington Island in a quiet, secluded residential area, with respectful neighbors on both sides. Convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants, and a Walmart and Kroger are all within about 3 minutes.
Getting Around:
You will need a car or rideshare to get around, since the roadways here do not have sidewalks. Downtown Savannah and Tybee Island are each about a 10 to 15 minute drive. Uber and Lyft are both easy to find. Urgent care in Whitemarsh is about a 6 minute drive for emergencies.

The host was very communicative! The house was stocked with coffee, sugars and creamers which made the first morning so easy! The kitchen was clean and organized and free from erroneous leftover food and condiment items! The home was clean, showers stocked with wall mounted soaps, and towels at the foot of each bed. Everything was ready for us.

I selected this home with the intentions of my kids and I relaxing and enjoying the covered pool. After comparing different homes this one was the best option for us solely based on the advertised “renovated pool area”. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the property we were blindsided with a destroyed/unusable pool. It was only after I voiced my disappointment with the pool’s condition that the owners informed me it was destroyed due to an ice storm. The home itself is beautiful and clean. My less than five star rating is based on the destroyed/unsafe pool area. The other hiccup came with delay of entering and securing the property upon leaving due to the digital lock being dead/inoperable. I was able to quickly contact the owners for assistance. Overall, I would suggest this home once the pool area is truly renovated. The pool cover is damaged/broken with bars hanging which I consider a safety hazard due to high winds. Outside of not having the ability to use the pool the home is beautiful and clean.
