Beautiful flat in a closed complex with parking .
Everything was great,location, cleanliness,cute balcony. Comfort of feeling at home as there is microwave and stolve where you can cook and sit outside and enjoy the beautiful view . Also really appreciated that there was parking so we werent worried for the car .
Sofa bed wasnt that comfortable. I’d recommend to get one small double bed instead of the second sofa.

The location is very good. It's within walking distance to the city and the beach. I only used the car to go to the grocery store. Having an air conditioner is pleasant. I'm not sure about parking during the peak season, but in early June, there were no problems finding parking nearby.
The fold-out bed is not comfortable, but it is still possible to sleep on it. The shower is 70x70, which might be inconvenient for taller individuals. I am not small either, and I found it uncomfortable to shower.

Divani letto scadenti ho dormito con una sbarra di ferro in mezzo la schiena ? Se sposti i divani letto trovi battiscopa ammuffito e marcio non parlare dei materassi Alzi la tapparella elettrica entra da fuori uno scarafaggio di 3 cm Televisione più piccola del monitor Display della Citroen canali ! Neanche la Rai per la partita Italia / Israele ! Che coraggio chiamarlo sea side ! Si trova a 300 mt dalla strada poi dopo potresti essere nella giusta sea side ! Le foto ….. forse sono di 10 anni fa !

POSIZIONE STRATEGICA!
L' host Fabio è stato molto disponibile e preciso nel dare le informazioni necessarie per usufruire dell'alloggio. Il monolocale è modesto, ma accogliente anche se si nota qualche segno di usura. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno della struttura ancora prima di avere l'alloggio disponibile! La posizione è perfetta: vicina alle spiagge, vicina al centro che si può raggiungere a piedi con una breve passeggiata lungomare piacevolissima, ma allo stesso tempo in un contesto più appartato e tranquillo.
Premetto che non c'è nulla che non ci sia proprio piaciuto, ma ci sono alcune cose che potrebbero essere migliorate.Il monolocale ha dimensioni e spazi idonei per una coppia, per una famiglia più numerosa potrebbe risultare un po' piccolo, considerato anche che nell'angolo cucina ci sono solo 2 piastre. Sono presenti 2 divani letto; sufficientemente comodo, ma per un soggiorno breve...per un periodo di vacanza più prolungato avrei preferito un letto vero. Un piccolo appunto...per poter utilizzare il fornetto a microonde, abbiamo dovuto spostarlo perché nella sua collocazione non si arrivava a collegarlo alla presa di corrente, basterebbe una piccola prolunga.
