The unit has a split-level open-concept design, with two bedrooms upstairs and a living room, kitchen, dining room, and terrace downstairs. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed, tall ceilings, a bar with a mini fridge, a TV, and a furnished balcony with stunning beach views. It’s connected to a large bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a small balcony, and it also connects to a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The living room is furnished with two brown leather couches, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, colorful local artwork, and a sliding glass door that opens to a partially shaded terrace. The terrace has a dining table that seats four and a walkway that leads to the community swimming pools and beach.
A dining table for six separates the living room from the kitchen, which features beautiful wood cabinets, white granite countertops, and a breakfast bar that seats three. The kitchen is equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator.

Lovely villa at the amazing Palms community! Especially appreciated the updated kitchen, nice big sink and functional range. Perfect location in the Palms, and does not get blasted with the hot afternoon sun!

Everything was absolutely perfect. If you flew coach to get here you upgrade to first class the second you open the door of this condo. The views from the from patios are breathtaking. If you like water sports, the Palms has everything you need right in the front yard. We made good use of all the equipment and it was all free. The food and drink service was not only delicious but very reasonable compared to the local restaurant prices. Roy, the chef at the palms, made us a full dinner and served us right on the beach with tiki torches and everything. The steak and lobster was to die for. We also made several meals in the condo and the gourmet kitchen was a chef's dream come true. We just can't say enough good things about this place
