The Space:
Experience total luxury and comfort in this vacation rental while surrounded by the tropics, and get ready for world-class Pacific Ocean views from your balcony. Hear the local Howler monkeys as they wind their way through the dry tropical forest surrounding the Palms or sip a Margarita from the balcony while watching the sunset.
This condo has beachfront views throughout the unit and is less than fifty steps from this fantastic beach. Playa Flamingo is known for its white sands and turquoise waters in an almost private cove area to give you the most peace and tranquility. Listen to the sound of crashing waves or watch the surfers at Flamingo Point, as you relax inside. Have we mentioned that the best sunsets happen in the Palms?
The owners have furnished and decorated the condo with only top-of-the-line luxury finishings that are designed for comfort. It is fully A/C throughout. has high-speed Wifi and cable TV. Its white color, multiple windows, and sliding doors add a lot of light and allow you to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze for an indoor atmosphere so cozy and inviting that you won't want to leave this vacation home.
On the first level, this vacation rental features an open concept and spacious living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the utensils you need. It features multiple seating areas for eating, quiet conversations, movies, or games, and a full bath for your convenience.
The second level has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has incredible ocean views, a king-sized bed, an oversized covered balcony, and an office area with a desk and two chairs. The guest bedroom has a duble-size bed with a single bunkbed, it is also very spacious and features a full bathroom, for up to 5 people comfortably sleeping.
Like sunbathing? We got you covered! You'll find plenty of outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas around the pool and in front of the beach. There is also a common BBQ area for outdoor gatherings.
Families with children will love the two pools with a creek connecting them all on the beach, as well as the garden area, especially for the youngsters to get out all the extra energy. The Palms have 24-hour security, gated privacy, and access to a fitness center. There is a washer/dryer for your use.
The Palms Residences complex is fully secure, featuring a perimeter fence and 24/7 guards at the front entrance. To further enhance our guests’ sense of safety, The Palms has implemented a comprehensive security camera system. Cameras are strategically positioned around the property to monitor the entire parking lot, both sidewalks, and the full beachfront area.
As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soaps. The condo is stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more.

Don’t need to go into the details cause others have done with a great job describing this paradise. Few things I’ll add/comment:- few reviews discussed the public beach. We found the beach to be A and basically private with no bother. Much much better than the beach near the W or Westin- the pool and ocean landscape was unreal. The pics don’t do justice-BlueZone and the onsite concierge were pretty phenomenal. Always available and very responsive even around the holiday. Made this place feel like a hotel. Alex from BZE was standout - kind and thoughtful and so resourceful. Helped stock our fridge and helped us so much. - loved not having to worry about waking up early to score a pool lounger. Literally no issue- lovely bartender at the pool every day, again felt like a hotel- cleaning service included was like deep clean - better than hotel- the restaurant nearby is just ok - Alex had suggested pleomar just a few blocks further and it was really great5 - no brainer. We are a family of four (2 adults, twin 7 year olds) from NYC

Been here many times over the years (The Palms), first time in this unit, and first time during the ‘green (wet) season.’ Well provisioned, in a perfect world it’d be around the corner for the nicer sunsets, but the master bed was spectacular. Love for them to upgrade the casual outdoor furniture and have a couple chaise lounges downstairs, but these are VERY minor points. The Palms is great, this is a super unit, and we will be back, again, and many times!

Just finished another magical stay at the Palms and it was splendid. Property is as stated on the listing and has all the necessary creature comforts you could want. Nice furnishings that are well maintained inside. Staff is always easy to work with regarding excursions, meals, golf cart rental, etc. Good people As beachfront as you can get with the pool and beach less than 30-40 meters away from your door step. The "ends" of the property are technically public beach and can be frequented by people that are not staying in one of the units. Doesn't tend to be a problem, but it has gotten louder over the years mostly just the weekends. Five years ago this wasn't the case but over time it has become more prevalent. For the most part everyone is respectable. We will be back for another stay.

This place is even more amazing than the pictures show! The grounds are beautiful, the pool is amazing and the beach is gorgeous. As amazing as the property were, the employees there were even better. We enjoyed chatting with a few of them.
We had a small hiccup with the villa, but we certainly didn’t let it affect our stay. The property management was constantly in touch and worked diligently to get it resolved (and they did!).
We would not hesitate to stay here again, or recommend this place to others. We can’t wait to come back.
