This beautiful beach unit includes 4-bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, 1-bath, 1-garage space plus one tandem off-street parking space. There is additional on-street parking across the street. Streaming TV and WiFi are included. This unit is attached to unit#1 in a duplex home.
Available for weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) and week/weekend rentals in the spring and fall.
This unit is also available for winter rentals from November 1st thru April 30th for $2200 per month. (all utilities included)
next available winter rental is 2027 through 2028.

It is a nice beach cottage. The property is right on Salisbury beach. It even has a fenced back yard if you want to be outside and have a little privacy.
