About this house rental
We have a large kitchen (with stainless steel appliances & everything you’d need except for the food!), sun room, dining room, flat screen TVs in the living room & finished basement, high speed wi-fi & laundry. Lots of windows make it bright. French doors open to a 16x16 deck leading to large fenced in yard. House is perfect for snowbirds, families, couples, business travelers, and your furry friends will love the fenced-in yard!
We’re close to downtown, public transportation, highways, Lake Quannapowitt, Breakheart, and
House has an outside camera at the front entrance and on garage. Video footage is not shared & is recorded for liability reasons, unauthorized parties and/or excessive guests, and pets not disclosed. Disabling/obscuring cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.

We had an amazing time here with family and friends for our wedding in Salem Our dog loved the big backyard, and Karen was very open to communicating and answering all questions!

The communication with Karen was wonderful. Responded in a timely manner every time. The pictures of the house are accurate. House was clean, well supplied and comfortable. The fenced in backyard was great for our two dogs! Would stay here again.
