Welcome to newly renovated spacious cottage with 4 bedrooms, sleeps 10, open space living area, large yard and parking for up to 5 vehicles. All new appliances, air conditioning in every room. Walking distance (less than five minutes) to some great restaurants, bars and the beach. Enjoy the manicured lawn that provides ample space for outdoor games, sunbathing, or simply unwinding with a good book. You won't want to leave!

Location was perfect. Short walk to the beach access path. House was clean and as described and the hosts even provided some welcome treats such as a s’mores kit and some wine…great added touches. Would definite rent here again and it was prefect to entertain family and friends for day visits with its yard, plenty of parking and proximity to the beach.

This property was close to the beach and center activities, easily walking distance. Three bedrooms were upstairs, one downstairs, and both bathrooms downstairs. In fairness to Vrbos we've stayed in that were clearly treasured homes, wherein practicality and excellence was the norm, this was more of a cultivated rental. It checked the boxes, but not with the TLC one would expect in their own home. We nearly ran out of toilet paper, and had to request more (it was delivered quickly). The mini-split in the upstairs bedroom spritzed me with drops throughout the night, waking me up. The kitchen needed a thorough cleaning, with one cabinet emiting a strong odor. Would we stay there again? Yes, but not without first looking to evaluate other options.

Great location! We were able to walk everywhere. The walk to the beach was easy and the host provided a beach wagon which was helpful. The backyard is great with a fire pit, corn hole and a grill. Plenty of parking. Wonderful communication with the host.
