Lake access located along Marsh Hill Rd. Access is for fishing only. No swimming, kayaking, or launching of other vessels permitted.

This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC passes are available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

This string of duplexes is is our go-to for the Wisp area. Most of the time you can just walk a few steps right out the door to get on the slopes. Lazy bear chalet has everything you need! We had a mix of teens and adults, and Railey was great to work with. The only thing I think would help and make it even better would be a door entry code instead of stopping at the office to pick up the key. We will be back! Thanks!

The property was very clean and well equipped. We appreciated all the amenities and would definitely rent the same or a similar property during ski season! Our only complaint was a nonfunctional blender, which was reported but not replaced or repaired during our stay.

This townhouse is very spacious. We had two families with 4 adults and 4 kids. Adults stayed in the two rooms with king beds. Kids stayed in the other two rooms with a bunk bed and a queen bed. The only disadvantage is that the location is a little far from the lake, restaurants, shops, etc. if you are here in the summer (about 10 minutes drive). But if you stay there for skiing in the winter the location should be very convenient.
