About this house rental
Slopeside Sunset is a one-of-a kind luxury mountain home with open layouts and views of the mountain from one of the most beautiful living rooms in all of Deep Creek. With privacy, at the end of a cul-de-sac, you'll have amazing sunsets from your living room and deck, or both at the same time when you open the glass doors that extend across the home and turn the deck into an extension of your living space.
The house is a short walk from Wisp's whitewater rafting course at ASCI (Adventure Sports Center International) and a short 10-minute drive to either Wisp's championship Lodestone Golf Course or the Wisp Mountain Adventure activities (Mountain Coaster, Chairlift Rides, Archery, Disc Golf, Mountain Biking and Arial Adventures)
Study the photos carefully to see the full occupancy and opportunity of the home, as this space can easily accommodate a remarkable multi-family vacation including kids bunk rooms in a basement space that includes a large game room with foosball and ping pong. Not only with you find thoughtful spaces, luxury finishes, and plentiful beds, but you'll also find a well-stocked kitchen, 3 refrigerators and loads of room for cooking and food storage.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 king, 3 queen beds, and 6 bunk beds(each with a full bed at the bottom and a twin bed at the top).
Location highlights: Privacy at the end of a cul-de-sac, 2 outdoor fireplaces including one in a partially covered outdoor deck. Glorious sunset views.
Built in 2009 as a healthy home with chemical free materials and geothermal heating.
Ski-in/ski-out access: The home is within walking distance from the slopes, just below chair 7; the access path is at a diagonal across from the driveway, when the North Camp trails are open. If they aren't open yet, you can drive the half mile to the top lot just outside the exit from the North Camp gate.
**No refunds or compensation will be given due to slope closure on that part of Wisp Resort. Deep Creek is a mountainous region that experiences more snowfall and ice than you may be used to. Many roads and driveways can be steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are advised in the winter months.**

Very clean. Excellent location. Only downside was there was only 1 tv in the basement with none in the main level.

The house was great. I would say 5.0 stars for the house. We did have several issues which knocked us down a star. First off, the lock to the front door was amongst the worst I’ve ever encountered. It turns out the battery was dead, but communication with red barn Vacations was intermittently good, but it seemed like it ties when we needed to get in touch with him in the most time, sensitive way it would go straight to a voicemail. Otherwise, there are no window coverings, so showering, etc all occurs on the driveway side of the house with headlights coming in, which is less than desirable for some. The place is beautiful. It’s odd that they don’t have a television in the main great room, so I went out and bought a projection screen there which was unforeseen curveball, but we made it work. It’s really all about family and time together, and we have achieved all of our goals! Again, the place was beautiful.

The house was great. Would have loved some curtains or blinds for the master bathroom though.
