About this house rental
We are so lucky to be able to offer you our home on top of WISP Mountain in the exclusive gated community known as North Camp at WISP Mountain. There is not a single item that is less than 'perfect' in this Craftsman home and it has been lovingly decorated to give amazing comforts and an awesome night's sleep.
The kitchen is wonderfully appointed to where Bobby Flay would be happy to work in it! The Living Room has a ton of windows to bring the forest into the home. Relax on the back deck nicely furnished for a relaxing evening or the enclosed three season porch when the weather is not cooperating.
Rainy days are no problem with the amazing game room on the lower level. Find a slate pool table, shuffleboard, and foosball just waiting for you. Comfortable seating surrounds the lower-level gas fireplace and the TV for evening entertainment. Moving on with the lower-level, there are 2 bedrooms sharing a Jack & Jill bathroom. Each bedroom offers a TV and a pyramid bunk with a full bed on bottom and a twin on top. With an extra half bath on this floor for convenience.
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms with 2 Kings and 1 Queen. Of course, each bedroom provides its own TV and there is a full bathroom upstairs as well. On the main floor is the owner's suite with a King bed and its own bathroom. Again, quality at every turn to provide for maximum guest experience!
Outside you will find a fire-pit with seating and the nearby WISP ski resort offers endless fun, skiing, mountain coaster, ropes courses, disc golf, outdoor concerts in the summer, and other enjoyable activities, with the lake minutes away for a good time all year round! The surrounding area offers many State and National parks for hours of enjoyment either hiking, fishing, boating, skiing (downhill and cross-country) or biking. There are multiple golf courses within minutes of the house and more within 20 miles of the home if you do not mind a little drive through the country side. We look forward to helping your family create memories at Tucked Away!

Fantastic and quiet spot and an excellent experience. The house was a fantastic space and we loved the game room and hanging around the great room and sunroom.
There were just a couple of essentials we needed to get because they weren't there (dish soap, trash bags), but it was minor and there is a grocery a short drive away. Definitely a place we're putting a pin in the next time we're planning on traveling to Deep Creek again.

Be aware that the VRBO map incorrectly places this property just a few houses from the ski slope (Lift 6)—it is not. The actual address, listed below the map, is much farther down the street and not within walking distance of the slopes.That said, the house itself is beautiful! The basement game room is incredible—pictures don’t do it justice. It was very comfortable for our group of 10, with exceptionally comfortable beds.The check-in process was smooth, and communication before arrival was great. However, the provided directions are outdated—the road is no longer gravel, but GPS worked fine to get us there.
