About this house rental
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. With 6 bedrooms, 13 beds, 5.5 baths, and 3 separate hang out areas your big family/group will be able to spread out, relax and enjoy your hibernation time away within minutes of Deep Creek Lake and Wisp Ski Resort! With the hot tub, huge front yard, fire pit, basketball court and old school arcade--you will never want to leave this sprawling property!
We have 13 beds spread out over 6 rooms! On the main level there are king and queen bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Downstairs has a king and queen bedroom with en suite bathrooms, and a bunk bed room with a twin/full. Upstairs has two twin/full bunk beds and three other single twin beds!
You will be alone to enjoy Hibernation Haven! Drew is available if necessary by phone/text. He will do his best to respond to any issues ASAP.
We are in the Red Brush Development. Which is a stone`s throw away from Mountain State Brewery off of Sang Run Rd. It is a little over 1 mile to Wisp Resort & Deep Creek Lake.
Your own vehicle! No Ubers/Lyfts/Cabs!
The elevator is available for use, but we advise against use with children. Please let us know and we will make the key available to you.
Please do not put anything in the toilets except toilet paper. Septic system is very sensitive.
Please no smoking in the house or around the grounds. There will be a hefty fine for any evidence of smoking, especially cigarette butts! :-)
We want you to bring your doggies, but please clean up after them! If they have an accident inside the house, be sure to clean right away! We have a pet carpet vacuum that works great--please use!
The pet fee is for 2 pets max. Any additional pets will be upon approval and an additional fee will be requested. Please note that many of our properties have entrance cameras. Any pets not listed on the reservation or paid for will result in fees being paid at the time of arrival and/or cancellation of your stay.
Our cleaners are awesome, but they do NOT do dishes! Please be sure to wash all your dishes, and use the dishwasher--but DO NOT LEAVE dishes IN the dishwasher when you leave!

The house was as advertised. Very nice common area. Kitchen was fully stocked with most of what you need as for as cooking ware etc. Heat was not working as well but were happy to have space heaters available in each of the rooms. Minutes away from Wisp ski resort.
Some parts of the house was not working. One of the rooms the outlets did not work. Overall the house was clean and easy to find.
Would definitely stay here again.
