As you step into the main living area on the second floor, you'll be greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light, framing panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Sink into the plush sectional or cozy chairs surrounding the stone fireplace while enjoying entertainment on the large Smart TV. Step outside onto the expansive balcony to find a perfect outdoor oasis, complete with seating, an outdoor fireplace, al fresco dining area, and a gas grill, ideal for evening cookouts under the stars.
The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring stainless steel appliances, including dual ovens and a gas range, plenty of bar counter seating, and a convenient dry bar area with a wine cooler. The house is clearly new construction with others going up in the surrounding neighborhood. It’s been furnished to cover the bases, lots of Amazon basics appliances. The drip coffee maker didn’t work. The Taylor rental page said that paper towels, toilet paper, and dish soap wouldn’t be included so our group bought these in preparation only to find that they were there when we arrived. Communication could have been better about this.
