Lake access located along Marsh Hill Rd. Access is for fishing only. No swimming, kayaking, or launching of other vessels permitted.

This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

The purpose of the trip was to bring family and friends together that live all over the US to celebrate my daughter turning 16! We enjoyed being together eating together and taking in the local scenery. Thanks again!.
Location is beautiful!! House accommodates our needs from 6year olds to 75 year olds!
Slight issue with Dog air on living room furniture and bedroom downstairs - appeared to be the dogs room Asit was hair everywhere.
Overall stay was great! Would come back!

We had a great stay at the Mountain Top Resort this past weekend! The house was great for space, and everyone had their own beds which is difficult to find in other properties.
The only negative we had was the shower/sink situation. The upstairs sink and shower did not drain, and the only shower in the house that had working hot water was the main floor shower.
Other than that, our stay was great!

For the most part the stay was great. But, we did have a few bumps in the road. First day we got there, we opened up the hot tub and found it to be pretty dirty. Water was very cloudy and had a lot of debris inside. The kitchen refrigerator had something spilled down the back. Also, there was a lot of cigarette butts all around the property. In the driveway and around into the back of the house. One night we went to use the grill for dinner and the tank was empty. I was impressed that after we called the posted maintenance phone number, they were there with a new one in about 15 minutes. The location is great. 10 minutes from grocery stores, maybe 25 from the beach at the state park. Overall our family had a wonderful time.
