this was the first time our group rented this house. the location was great and the elevator was a game changer as several of us have health issues. It could use some updating as far as furniture and the kitchen could be better stocked (we had to purchase a potato peeler and can opener). The addition of a Keurig coffee maker would be helpful (we bought one from home to use). All in all, this house met our needs and we enjoyed our stay so much that we've already booked it for 2026.

The house was perfect for a large family.
TV was a little difficult to operate.
Dish washers didn't always clean completely.
House should have an outdoor table with chairs. .
More chairs are needed by pool and second deck.

Location is great.
Some items that are missing in the house:
Needs more dish towels, and dish cloths for washing things.
Also there is no griddle and they could use some new pots, pans and cookie sheets.
