Our large extended family had a wonderful vacation at Pine Island! We were all amazed at the size of the couch in the great room and the amount of dining seating - it was the first house that could comfortably fit our family of 19. The location is PRIME! There are no houses at all behind you so your beach is 100% your own which is such a luxury! And having ocean views AND bay views is just stunning! The location of the home is by far my favorite aspect of this house. I don't think you can find a better location on the island. The owner/manager was so kind and very quick to respond to our concerns (hot tub wasn't working and he sent someone out very next morning, influx of small bugs on the deck because of the weather and he sent an exterminator, etc). The only comment I'll make is that it is not a great house for the older population: the decking around the pool is slippery which made us concerned that my parents would slip easily, and there aren't steps down to the beach, just a steep sand dune.

We had a wonderful long weekend stay with family. The host was kind and responsive. The property was clean and well stocked. The beds and couch were comfortable. I loved waking up to the sound of crashing waves. Everything was great! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
