Even in the high season, The Black Stallion is a good value, with rates averaging less than $100 per guest per night (assuming double occupancy in each bedroom).

-Minimum 5-night rental period (with any day check-in and check-out) for stays initiating in May, July, August, and November (except Thanksgiving week Sunday to Sunday, which is a 7-night minimum).
-Minimum 4-day rental period (with any day check-in and check-out) for stays initiating March, April, and December.
-Minimum 3-day rental period (with any day check-in and check-out) for stays initiating in January and February.

2027 Check-In Dates
Check-in or out on any day except June 28th through August 28th.

**The Black Stallion is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $250, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.**

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for a fee per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay. The schedule of fees is as follows:

April 1 – April 15: $2,000 per week (or the equivalent per day)
April 16 – April 29: $1,500 per week (or the equivalent per day)
May 1 – September 30: $1,000 per week (or the equivalent per day)
October 1 – October 15: $1,500 per week (or the equivalent per day)
October 16 – November 1: $2,000 per week (or the equivalent per day)

This pool is heated by a gas heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

*Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on Memorial Day Weekend and closing the second weekend of October. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason. Hot Tubs are available year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.
