Beautiful one acre beachfront property, ocean views, sleeps 8 and pet friendly.

Our home has a very open floor plan with the living room and dining area flowing into the kitchen. We have three levels with two living rooms, two bedrooms (one king and one queen), bunk room and two private decks. We can easily accommodate 8 people and parking for three vehicles.

You'll find a fully equipped home including washer/dryer, HD flat screen TV, WiFi, open beam ceilings, granite counter tops, cherry cabinets, class top stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, garbage disposal, pots/pans plates and utensils. We provide bedding and towels. We don't provide beach towels, toilet paper and paper towels.

Our home is three levels with open beam ceilings, Italian quarry tile on the main floor and an eclectic mixture of furniture. The two upstairs bedroom have a king and queen bed and the bunk room sleeps 4. We suggest you use sleeping bags in the bunk room. We do have a wood stove but we don't provide firewood.

On our property you'll find horseshoe pits, fire ring with picnic tables, a creek, footbridge, woods and a very easy walk of about 125 yards to seven miles of safe and clean beach area. Our property is on a private road and our property runs from our house to high tide.

We are located about one mile South of Rockaway. We are on a private drive with six other homes. The attached unit to the South is unoccupied and used exclusively by our family. Our neighborhood is clean, quiet, safe and private. You can walk the beach to Rockaway or drive the short distance. You'll find an abundance of nature on our property, deer, rabbits, birds, heron and fish in the creek. The fire ring is a great place to relax, roast a hot dog and create long lasting family memories. You'll need to bring your own lawn chairs and find beach wood to burn.

We have parking for three vehicles in front of the unit. We are 2 hours from Portland if you take Highway 6. We are minutes to downtown Rockaway and Garibaldi and it's about a 10 minute drive to Tillamook for major shopping needs.

Located near us are wineries, Tillamook Cheese Factory and Smoke House, fishing, crabbing, hiking, and countless shops up and down Hwy. 101. There are fresh water lakes for fishing, boating and swimming. There are many good restaurants in the area and major grocery stores in Tillamook.

Our house rules are; no renting to people under 21, no smoking, three vehicles maximum, 8 people maximum unless otherwise arranged with us in advance, check in 3 PM and check out 11 AM, two dogs maximum with deposit and other rules may apply. One important rule, HAVE FUN!!!!!!!
