Very charming and clean. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with utensils.
The green couch was extremely uncomfortable to sit on which was a bit of a bummer as our family likes to watch a movie to get her in the evenings and it was tricky for everyone to get comfy.

Cute house with plenty of room to spread out. The area was very quiet, with the exception of the pond full of frogs right behind the house that were loud at night, but still very relaxing. Beach access was quite close and super easy for our young kids (2 and 4). Having a yard was nice for our littles to play in when we weren’t at the beach. The rooms were good sized, with plenty of space for a pack n play for our infant (not provided by the property). All in all, it was a great place for our family.
Minor gripes….the couches were not very comfortable, but we didn’t go for the couches so it wasn’t a big deal. Also, other homes we’ve stayed in have been fairly well stocked with a variety of spices, this one wasn’t, so make sure and bring what you need.
